| the lawsuit is for the security guards recording private footage and releasing it to the public. not just cause she fell. and as bad as i want her to lose, she'll probably win it due to our wonderful judicial system! but the video is hilarious! | |

| well yea the point of the lawsuit if obvious, still she wouldn't be doing it if she wasn't embarrassed. The whole thing is caused by her own stupidity. I mean how stupid can you be to text and not look at all where you are going. Its too bad she just didn't get hit by a freakin truck so we could be rid of another waste of existence...but hey thats just my opinion and Im an sweet person lol. | |
