I now know for sure why they have a D- rating on BBB.....
I need exhaust tip hangers. Blue Oval and CJ are the only 2 vendors that sell only the hangers. BO has them for about $8 or so cheaper so I decided to go with them. I ordered online..get an email from the guy John, who is the owner saying hes perplexed I ordered because I gave them too many problems when I ordered my gears back in June and that he didnt know why I ordered from them. I emailed him back saying plain and simple you have a hard to find part thats cheap..if you dont want my service then I'll spend the $8 extra at CJ. He emails me back saying hes glad my morals only come with an $8 price tag and that people like me make him sick because I said I wouldn't buy from him again unless they fix things, and that he bets id sell my mother up the river for the right price, and that he didnt care if I spent $20 or $3000, but he would not send anything to me. I responded and was like dude wtf..I didnt ask for any crap, I just want exhaust hangers, said I would report them and to not contact me and cancel my order, and that if thats what he calls customer service he can shove it.
WTF....and they have that D-..how are they still in business?
